PAMELA Noon is a $62,000 work in progress.
The 52-year-old Sydney businesswoman has had 47 cosmetic treatments over 15 years and she hasn't looked back.
"I look 50 times better than I did when I was 38," Ms Noon said.
The mother of three has spent $62,000 on 15 techniques, 11 operations and 36 non-surgical procedures.
Her first operation was an eyelift, then she became one of the first to use collagen enhancement in Australia.
Over the next decade she had several non- surgical procedures but at 49 came a total body makeover in which she went down two dress sizes.
On her 50th birthday she revamped her face with a brow suspension, chin liposuction, lip flip and temporal lift.
She says she won't give up until she reaches 90 but denies she is obsessive. "I am just maintaining a look so I can feel and look as good as I can," she said. "This makes me feel like I am doing my bit."
She admits there are some dangers involved with cosmetic surgery. "I would never have the same operation done over and over again, that is obsessive," she said. "You could end up looking like that very strange American woman."
Divorcee Jocelyn Wildenstein was dubbed the Bride of Wildenstein after her extensive cosmetic surgery radically changed her face.
"Having that kind of surgery would change your face forever and it certainly isn't attractive," Ms Noon said.
As a cosmetic surgery consultant, Ms Noon has seen some disasters. She said there had been recent cosmetic surgery deaths involving a Queensland woman after a facelift and a New Zealander after a tummy tuck, but they weren't her clients.
"We live in a lot more body-conscious society and many people in a work role feel they have to look younger," she said.
